Lori brings 19 years of industry experience, with 14 years of merchandising experience at Nike across global, geography and territory merchandising. Her most recent leadership role was leading strategic initiatives for the Women’s Global Lifestyle Apparel team, where she oversaw all GTM milestones, Assortment Creation and crafted a new styling ethos vision for Nike Women’s. She has extensive experience overseeing large, high-profile businesses (ie. Women’s Fleece $1B / FY), as well as leading high performing and cross-functional teams. She is passionate about product and process and loves when those two worlds can intertwine. She has a strong inclination and instinct for team and leadership development and continues to educate herself on the latest teachings in this space. Her most recent project was consulting with Puma NA on their Classics Footwear business. On the personal side, she recently relocated to the East Coast in 2024, and outside of exploring her new state, is keeping busy with her two kids (7 & 10) and all their school and sport activities.
